My name is Dave Brewer and I visited the location in Indianapolis on Wednesday February 7th. I have owned other bikes before about 20 years ago and being from Milwaukee I always wanted a Harley but I decided to not purchase a new bike for many years due to other drivers on the road. I decided its time to get back in the game and look at Trikes. EVERYONE that was working that day genuinely cared about all my concerns and did an OUTSTANDING job answering all my 1000 questions and comments. I was so pleased with the service and the hospitality that I decided to return the next day and make a purchase. I spent 2 full days there and EVERYONE wanted to assist and I did not feel pressured. I even sat and talked with several associates when the store closed which they didn't have to do. As a current business owner I treat all my employees like family and definitely felt the same environment there. I am also aware that having the right people in the business is what its all about. They all love working there and made me feel like I belonged there as well. Keep it going guys and gals and I will make sure I recommend everyone I know to your organization.
